Shazamm designs new Web site for RatePoint.com
Massachusetts-based quality assurance company RatePoint.com launched its new Shazamm-designed Web site this summer.RatePoint’s Consumer Approval Program provides businesses with an interactive quality-assurance certification and customer feedback platform. Using the RatePoint program, consumers are able to provide reviews and feedback to businesses through an easy-to-use platform (RatePoint’s Flash-animated “gablet,” which Shazamm also created for the company last year). Ratings are verified using several techniques to validate authenticity, and businesses then have an opportunity to respond to feedback before the reviews are placed online. RatePoint’s service then aggregates each experience into an overall site rating that represents the quality of the business.
The site takes into consideration the three different audiences for RatePoint’s services – consumers, merchants and resellers; each section was created in a different color palette to allow ease of use for online visitors. Shazamm also utilized current web standards to provide RatePoint with a site that will adapt gracefully and maintain their look and feel as they continue to develop and promote their new Web service.
